The Breakers Cup is almost here, and we are excited to host those teams that are attending!

CHECK IN: There will be a MANDATORY check in on Friday, July 30th from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. at the University Inn, 611 Ocean Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. You will need to have:
Approved 2010-2011 US Club team roster
Medical releases with parent signatures
Approved 2010-2011 US Club laminated player and coaches passes (US Club passes from 2009-2010 will be accepted – These passes expire at 11:59 pm on Sunday, August 1st)
Copies of player birth certificates • Guest player forms (if applicable)
 
Teams that are NOT USCLUB registered teams will need to purchase insurance to cover your team for the Breakers Cup. The cost is $50 per team for the weekend. Learn more.

Teams that have been accepted to the Tournament that are not affiliated with US Club will need to show:
 
Roster for the tournament provided by US Club’Player passes from an official state soccer organization
Copies of player birth certificates
Medical releases with parent signatures
